AlquiEnvas promotes community composting in Los Llanos de Aridane in the La Palma Orgánica project
The installed areas allow the direct participation of the population in the recycling of organic waste and the production of high-quality compost for local uses. AlquiEnvas community composters stand out for their robustness, durability and adaptation to intensive use, determining factors to guarantee the success of the project.
In addition to the supply of equipment, the company regularly collaborates in training and awareness actions about composting and its benefits. The compost obtained is used in municipal gardens and green spaces and is also made available to participating people for their orchards and gardens.
The project has the technical support of La Palma Orgánica and the involvement of the Los Llanos de Aridane City Council, and is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed with Next Generation EU funds, with the support of the Cabildo of La Palma and Ader La Palma.
With these actions, AlquiEnvas consolidates its role as a leading company in community composting solutions and sustainable waste management, contributing to public projects linked to the circular economy and sustainability.
